# OASSE Liability and Consent Notice

## Notice presented before payment

You are purchasing one identified standalone MIT software release for your own system. It is separate from Gatekeeper and includes no Gatekeeper proprietary technology. It is not legal advice, a compliance certification, insurance or a guarantee of protection from legal or regulatory claims. Automatic legal monitoring and future updates are not included. The Purchase Agreement contains warranty disclaimers, a liability cap at the amount paid for the affected purchase, exclusions of certain damages, nonwaivable-law exceptions and a limited business-buyer indemnity for claims caused by buyer conduct. Read those provisions before paying.

All sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges except where required by applicable law. Billing and fulfillment errors will be investigated and corrected. Nonwaivable remedies, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence and other liability that cannot lawfully be limited are not waived. This notice is neither a letter of compliance nor a waiver of every possible claim.

I am authorized to make this purchase. I agree to the Purchase Agreement, Product Delivery SOW and Liability and Consent Notice version 2026-10-06.3, and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. I understand the final-sale terms, liability provisions and standalone scope. I understand there is no compliance guarantee, Gatekeeper proprietary technology, automatic monitoring or future updates included.

The storefront checkbox starts unchecked. Continue to Stripe is disabled until it is checked. Stripe also requires an unprefilled AGREE selection for the identified agreement version. Payment verification checks that selection and the document-bundle checksum before granting access. The order preserves the exact accepted document text, version and hashes, acceptance time, purchase snapshot and independently retrieved payment evidence. This records the checkout actions and payer details; it is not independent proof of the payer's legal authority. Consent for this purchase does not authorize marketing or recurring charges.
