OASSE purchase document.

# OASSE Product Delivery SOW

Version 2026-10-06.3. Prepared for commercial and legal acceptance before publication.

## Order-specific scope

This standard SOW accompanies each standalone purchase. The order-specific SOW identifies the buyer's checkout details, order identifier, exact SKU and title, release version, included rule identifiers, included and priced rule counts, catalog and ZIP checksums, standard price, launch discount, purchase price, tax and verified payment references. These fields define the deliverable. No blank template is treated as an executed order and no reviewer approval is inferred from an automatically generated record.

## Deliverable

OASSE supplies one electronic ZIP of the exact identified standalone MIT release. It contains the implementation, included tests, documentation and license notices for that package's scope. The transaction documents are supplied separately as a purchase-record ZIP so the tested software artifact and its checksum remain unchanged. The order records the dated catalog; legal coverage is limited to the included rules and source snapshots described in the package. Download and inspect the package before installation.

## Delivery and objective acceptance

After settled payment verification, OASSE grants access to the purchased release and queues a purchase email. The email's private access link works for seven days and creates a software download link valid for 15 minutes. Expiration of a security link does not expire the MIT license. Contact support for verified access renewal. The purchase-record link uses the same private access credential and is not public. Delivery is evidenced by the artifact matching the order's checksum and a recorded authorized transfer from the server. A server transfer is not proof that your device received or installed the file. Email-provider acceptance is not proof of inbox receipt.

Successful software delivery means the correct identified ZIP can be retrieved and its bytes match the order checksum. It does not mean your organization is compliant or that production integration has been accepted. Missing email, inaccessible links, an incorrect artifact or a checksum mismatch are fulfillment errors eligible for investigation and correction under the Purchase Agreement. This SOW does not shorten any nonwaivable right to report an error.

## Buyer work and excluded services

The buyer supplies an accurate checkout email, retains its purchase record, verifies the checksum, runs the included tests and validates deployment in its own system. Custom engineering, installation, migration, hosting, legal review, organizational audits, training, uptime commitments, future updates and monitoring are outside this SOW. There are no consulting hours or acceptance of the buyer's production system included in the price. A separate written agreement is required for additional services.

## Commercial terms and support

The price and applicable tax are the amounts shown before payment and captured in the order record. No recurring service is purchased. Final-sale terms and error correction are governed by the Purchase Agreement. Support for purchase and delivery issues is available at Contact@oakandsparrowsystemsenterprise.io. No response-time or resolution-time SLA is included. OASSE remains responsible for supplying the purchased deliverable and the remedies required by applicable law.
